Inventory (Manager)

Inventory (Manager)

Inventory depth depends on your plan and modules. Team Plan usually has basic operational inventory; Business (or with the advanced inventory module) has more control.

What it is for

  • Control products for sale (shampoos, cosmetics, accessories, etc.).
  • Record supply consumption linked to services (dyes, developers, etc.), when the business configures it.
  • Avoid selling without stock or losing waste traceability.

Daily use (practical view)

  1. Keep the product catalog up to date (name, price, presentation).
  2. When you record a product sale, stock should be deducted consistently.
  3. If a service has a consumption recipe, completing/charging the service may deduct supplies automatically, manually, or hybrid, according to configuration.
  4. Review adjustments and waste when you detect physical vs system differences.

Common units

On advanced plans: unit, ml, oz, grams, sachets, and equivalences between presentations.

Good practices

  • Do not run inventory “by eye” in parallel with the system once you have activated it: it creates differences in reports and costing.
  • Mentally separate sale product vs internal-use supply.
  • Large stock changes (purchases, transfers between locations) should be done with the authorized role and, if applicable, in Manager web.

If you do not see inventory

It may not be included in your plan, the module may not be subscribed, or your user may lack permission. Review Plans and modules or write to support.
