Create an account
- Open the corresponding app or portal.
- Choose Sign up and enter your email, password, and basic details.
- Check your inbox: you will receive an email to activate your account.
You must be of legal age. Use a real email you can access; activation and password recovery depend on it.
Activate your account (email)
- In the email, tap Activate account.
- https://app.lookagenda.com/activate opens with your link.
- The system validates the token only once.
- Based on your main role, it will guide you to:
- Manager (you administer a business),
- Pro (you are a professional), or
- Care (you are a client).
- On mobile, if the app is installed it will try to open it; if not, you will see store links and the option to continue on the web.
- On desktop, a business administrator usually goes to https://manager.lookagenda.com.
If the link expired or was already used, request a new activation email or write to support.
