Welcome to LookAgenda
LookAgenda is a suite for beauty, aesthetics, and personal image businesses: barbershops, salons, spas, and related venues.
A single account (your email) can be used across several apps according to your role. You do not need a different user for each app.
Which app to use

Common roles
- Client: books and manages their appointments.
- Professional: serves clients, updates appointments, and checks commissions.
- Administrator / owner: configures the business and day-to-day operations.
- Cashier / supervisor: takes payments, runs the cash register, and supports the schedule according to permissions.
If you have more than one role (for example, you own the business and also serve clients), after signing in you can choose the profile you want to work with.
Useful principles
- The professional’s hours take priority over the business hours when booking.
- Appointments cannot be booked in the past.
- Recording a sale is not the same as issuing a commercial or electronic invoice; that depends on the modules your business has subscribed to.
