Branches and franchises (Manager)

Branches and franchises (Manager)

Key idea

In LookAgenda, each branch is a business with its own operation (schedule, cash register, sales, inventory, public link).

A franchise, chain, or group only groups those businesses. It is not a single shared schedule or one cash register for all locations.

What it means day to day

AspectBehavior
Schedule and appointmentsPer location (per business)
Cash register and salesPer location
InventoryPer location (transfers according to modules/permissions)
ProfessionalsAssigned to each business; one person can have a role in several locations with the same account
ClientsCan be served at several locations; operational history is viewed in the business context
Public linkEach location has its slug: app.lookagenda.com/location-a, …/location-b
Z ClosurePer location / operating day of that business

If you administer several locations

  1. Sign in with your account.
  2. In the profile/business selector, choose the location you will work with.
  3. Operate (schedule, cash register, reports) only in that location.
  4. Switch location when you need to consolidate or review another.

Do not mix charges from one location into another location’s cash register.

Franchise / group

When your organization is configured as a group:

  • LookAgenda (Suite Control) defines which businesses belong to the group and which corporate permissions apply.
  • Consolidation of reports across locations depends on what you subscribed to and the screens available on your plan.
  • Inheritable policies (brand, catalog, etc.) may exist as the product evolves; daily operations remain per location.

Costs

An additional branch is usually contracted as a module or commercial line (indicative reference in Plans and modules). Ask support or your commercial representative for the current price in your country.
