Commissions, notifications, and profile (Look Pro)
Commissions
In Commissions you can see:
- What was earned in the period.
- Settlements or payments already recorded by the business.
Commissions are calculated according to business rules (by service, product, etc.) and usually accumulate when the service payment is recorded. A canceled or rescheduled appointment without payment does not generate a commission.
If there are differences from what you expected, review with the administrator: they see the sale and detail in Manager.
Notifications
You will receive alerts for appointments, changes, and payments for the business you operate in. Keep system notifications enabled on your phone.
Professional profile
From Profile you can review or update (according to what the business allows):
- Professional details.
- Hours.
- Services you provide.
The professional’s hours are what govern booking. If you need a day off or a permanent change, coordinate with the administrator so it is reflected in the system.
